Mario gave us a call about 5 minutes prior to our appointment and arrived right on time. He was very thorough and explained everything very well to us throughout the entire cleaning process. We have used other companies in the past and all have used soap that was never fully removed and accelerated the staining of our carpets. This was the first time trying ChemDry and we will never use anything else. The floors were much dryer afterwards and there was no soap used or left on the carpet to attract dirt and stains. Our carpet now looks new again, feels and smells great. We will be using them again every year.
